Mobileye is looking for an ambitious Technical Assistant for COO that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment and is eager to contribute to our groundbreaking advancements.
The position
What your job will look like:
- Act as a key support partner to the COO, helping drive execution across operational and technical domains
- Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery
- Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes
- Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps
- Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications
- Manage and maintain the COO's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications)
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions
- Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree – preference for a technical field, but open to others based on experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structured
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and business awareness
- Self-driven, proactive, and a fast learner
- Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
