The position
What will your job look like?
- Lead and Manage a group of of Strategic Global Account Managers within the Business Development organization
- Drive OEM sales and commercial strategies through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Cultivate long-term relationships with strategic customers, promoting a culture of exceptional service and insightful negotiations
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including RFQ/RFI review, pricing strategy, and negotiation of commercial terms
- Serve as the escalation point and strategic partner for key customer commercial inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction
- Guide the team in translating technical concepts into clear, compelling commercial value for clients
- Support the success of multiple global OEM and Tier 1 accounts through team coordination and strategic oversight
All you need is:
- Proven managerial experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar high-tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast-paced environment..
- Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease.
- A natural ability to connect with clients and build rapport effortlessly.
- Detail-oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
- High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders
- BA degree; an MBA is a plus
- Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market
- Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently
