The position

Mobileye is looking for an Employee Experience Admin to join our one-of-a-kind HR team.
As an Employee Experience Admin, you will play an integral role in creating a unique and exciting employee experience at the company – positioning Mobileye as an industry leader in the employee experience field.
We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented, independent, and out-of-the-box thinker who will lead employee experience initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What your job will look like:

  • Support ongoing projects and administrative tasks within the Employee Experience team, such as company events, team-building activities, holiday and achievement celebrations, toasts, lectures, wellness activities, and more.
  • Take care of employees’ lifecycle gifts, recognition, welcoming kit for new employees, etc.
  • Support the monitoring of Employee Experience budgets, including opening POs and PRs, tracking their approval and payments.
  • Work closely with suppliers and service providers.
  • Manage Employee Experience reports on various topics.
  • Manage the Employee Experience page on Mobileye's internal website
  • Collaborate with different teams including HR, Operations, Finance, and more to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience

All you need is:

  •  At least 2 years' experience as an admin from a high-tech company
  • Proven ability to initiate projects and work independently in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong project management skills, great multi-tasking, and deadline-oriented, Detail oriented
  • Strong customer service orientation, high energy, and collaborative team player with a positive approach and spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, both in Hebrew and English
  • High proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables,VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Academic degree from a leading university
