The position

We are seeking a talented and experienced product owner with a strong understanding of business information systems logic (business analyst background is an advantage) to join our Business Information Systems team.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing the requirements-related processes across various teams using tools such as Qlik View, Polarion and Jira. This role involves working closely with R&D groups to understand their current processes, identifying pain points and gaps, and aligning them with quality standards. The ultimate goal is to establish best-practice processes that ensure full traceability coverage for all projects.

What will your job look like:

Evolve the BI Dashboard products to fit organizational needs and enable full traceability coverage for all projects, from customer requirements to testing.
Work with internal organization Stakeholders to shape the requirements and pass them to the development team
Work closely with BI development team in agile methodology: create stories, prioritize within the sprint following the Product Roadmap, and communicate with the users
Lead and establish UAT methodology to ensure the features introduced meet the original requirements
Unify processes related to requirements management between groups with similar characteristics.
Create comprehensive documentation of the new processes and provide training to relevant teams to ensure successful adoption.
Regularly review and refine processes to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
Ensure processes are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Participate in periodic internal and external audits to assess process compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed with relevant teams.
Ensure that the designed processes enable full traceability coverage for all projects, from customer requirements to testing.

All you need is:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements management, process design, business analyst/ product owner or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of the V-model method (ASPICE standards) or compliance standards in the industry – Advantage.
Proficiency in using ALM information systems like Jira and Polarion for process implementation.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient, scalable solutions.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities.
